Order Processing & Production

All YK Lifestyle products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment partner for production.

Most orders are fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days, although production times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times depend on your location, shipping method, and fulfillment facility.

Typical shipping estimates after production are:

  • United States: Approximately 1–8 business days.

  • International: Approximately 1–20 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Available shipping options, applicable costs, and estimated delivery information are provided during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

We will do our best to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production or ships.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photographs when possible.

We will investigate and work toward an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
